Change of Mind (10 Days)
We may accept change-of-mind returns within 10 days of delivery if items are unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items
You're protected under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, or doesn't match its description, contact us with photos and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items, personal hygiene products, assembled items, and custom orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
